REPOST: She Lives!!!

Yes, I am still alive. We have just had a lot going on. I am still walking at least 3 times a week, so I am keeping in shape. I am about to add some weights back into the routine...God willin' and tha creek don't rise. We are about 1/2 way through a two week cleanse. It wasn't Master Cleanse, it was one of the ones with pills. Not nearly as dramatic, but it is working. Mr. Broom, got some weights yesterday and is very excited. It was a good deal and it made him happy, so I'm happy too. I am going back veggie, then vegan, then raw...now the raw part is a goal not a promise. I will however incorporate more raw food into my diet regardless.
