REPOST: Oh, I forgot to tell you...

I went for my walk at 6am. The reason I did it was that we are now babysitting 2 children (niece and nephew). I realize that for now, 6 am is going to be my time of the day to walk because I don't want to stress my husband out with 2 children to watch. (Let me say this. He is really good with both of them, but that is just a bit much to expect.) I am thinking that if I make a choice to walk instead of run on some days I will walk 3 miles, but if I do my walk/run I will do 2 miles.

I just wanted to share so that can hopefully encourage someone else. Oh by the way, my Mom has lost 18 pounds. I am glad that the family is moving toward being healthier. We are all doing it in our own way, but we are doing it. Well...of course not everyone.
