Honey, let me tell you keeping weight off is SO much harder than losing it. I have started run/walking, but sometimes I just feel lazy and big. I have been eating pretty well...well, except for Thanksgiving. I didn't eat like I normally would have though.
I have this reverse anorexic disorder. Seriously. My mom and I both have it. When we look in the mirror we think we are skinny, but when we see a picture or anything else we are shocked because we seem to be much heavier. Where most people think they are fat, we think we are skinnier. Go figure. Never underestimate the power of a positive self image. LOL
