REPOST: All Veggie--Kinda Healthy

I have been making veggie sandwiches lately, and I must say that they have been delicious. This was more of a treat as it wasn't totally healthy, but it was definitely and improvement in the way of being healthy.

Here are the delicious ingredients.
  1. Whole Wheat Bun
  2. Tomato Slices
  3. Klausen Pickles
  4. Lightly Sauteed Purple Onions
  5. Lightly Sauteed Mushrooms
  6. Alfalfa Sprouts
  7. Black Olives
  8. Spinach
  9. Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  10. Garlic Tzatziki
All I can say is, "Lawd Hah Mucy". Of course you can make adjustments with the sandwich, but try not to trifle too much with pure perfection. LOL
