I have been making veggie sandwiches lately, and I must say that they have been delicious. This was more of a treat as it wasn't totally healthy, but it was definitely and improvement in the way of being healthy.
Here are the delicious ingredients.
- Whole Wheat Bun
- Tomato Slices
- Klausen Pickles
- Lightly Sauteed Purple Onions
- Lightly Sauteed Mushrooms
- Alfalfa Sprouts
- Black Olives
- Spinach
- Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- Garlic Tzatziki
All I can say is, "
Lawd Hah Mucy". Of course you can make adjustments with the sandwich, but try not to trifle too much with pure perfection.
