REPOST: I'm yet holdin' on...

I am pretty proud of myself. I have found balance finally. I still eat smaller portions...most of the time, but that is still an improvement. I have been very consistent with my walking. THANKS TITUS! (I had to give big Daddy a shout out.) I have also been doing well with the ball. Now, I don't do anything everyday. I shoot for most of the time. For example, I walk about 5-6 days a week, but if I need a break I allow myself to take one. You have to give yourself breaks and treats, but just don't over do it. Everything in moderation.
