I bought a energy drink/meal substitute from the health food store for those times when I am too lazy to chew. Yes, I do have those moments. I mixed it with soy milk, and it was pretty good. It actually had dried fruit in it which was a little different for me.
I'm still doing veggie with occasional fish. Because I have continued the ACV so I can eat fish without worry. I was having some issues for a minute if I ate any fish other than salmon or tuna.
