REPOST: The Plan
Okay, so here's the plan. I joined Discovery Channel's 8 week challenge http://health.discovery.com/. After which I will start my raw food detox. I really need as much support as possible, because I have a problem with consistency. I am shooting to attend exercise classes 3-4 times a week, and walk/run on the off days or everyday. I really want to feel healthier. I want to avoid all the avoidable diseases and disorders. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know about my lifestyle change. My husband is also looking for a treadmill for me. I am so excited! Then, I won't have to worry about being hindered by bad weather.
